We absolutely loved staying here for vacation. Perfectly located next to transit. Great rooftop bar and breakfast options. Friendly staff who were so kind and helpful. Our room was lovely in decor and size. Great to have A/C in August with warm days.Værelser: 5/5
Great Hotel right around the corner from Central Station. Super fun styling and it felt really cozy and a vibe. Staff were super helpful. Coffee and pastries were good and fresh. We ended up eating out and never at at the hotel, menu looked decent. Gym had “luxury wooden” versions of most Gym basics, check out the photos ok the website, you’ll see what I mean. Also had a yoga room we ended up doing a hit workout in. More than enough stuff to get the basics done while traveling. You can also connect your phone to the sound system in the yoga studio.
I recently stayed for a long weekend, the location was super, close to the main central station, 7-11's nearby and plenty of places to eat and have a drink. The room was very comfortable and cosy, nice quality finishings. The restaurant/bar area was very nice, relaxing and comfortable. I was very happy with my breakfasts.. the simple ham & cheese omelettes were perfect in the morning, but a good choice of other items and a nice buffet selection. I didn't get a chance to try out all the facilities but they have a gym and rooftop area as well... All the staff were lovely, Masha was my favourite.. I'd stay again for sure..
The Rooms were beautiful in design and very clean. However, beds were exceptionally bad. Mine was so laid through and not really supporting that I woke up with a back ache every morning. Not what I expect from a 4 Star Hotel. Additionally I upgraded for a little more space and got a super creepy room I wish they would have taken into consideration that I was a solo woman traveling with an extremely long hallway. On top of that and for an upgrade of that extent I got a room with only windows to the inner courtyard, which barely had light. The upside was that it was mostly silent at night if the staff wasn’t throwing away masses of bottles in the trash containers at 10:30 pm at night. The bathroom and shower were spotless as well, but horrible lighting for anything like make up and the rain-showerhead appeared to be so clogged with limescale that water was not going down straight but instead in all kinds of directions. Definitely not the luxurious experience I was looking for. I feel like for 550 euros for two nights I did not get a room that was worth it at all. Service was super nice though and rooms were made up very professionally every time! In terms of location: very central, but not very beautifully located on a big Main Street. I assume that in other rooms you may have heard the traffic. Plus - you have to walk a while to get somewhere nice. Approx. 10 minutes to the main touristy shopping street. But the hotel offers bikes, which is nice.
Exceptional hotel with lovely staff, rooms and decor. We booked this last minute after other accommodation let us down, and we were so impressed. Very modern room with plenty of amenities such as a clothes steamer and toiletries. Would 100% recommend this place!Værelser: 5/5
This hotel is in a great location, very near the train station and Tivoli, as well as other things, and we were happy staying here. My room was a little tight, but otherwise very comfortable, as was the bed, pillow, and blanket. Staff is very helpful. The rooftop bar area is really nice. Breakfast is not included. Very much enjoyed our stay at the Grand Joanne. It's a very quirky hotel, with interesting decor and personality. Almost everything is branded with the name which I found fun. Everything is immaculate and clean. The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again :Værelser: 5/5
We stayed here about 12 months ago and loved it. It is very conveniently located not far from transport, restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the staff were professional, warm and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were also excellent. Be sure to also check out the roof top bar, which is gorgeous on a clear night.
Dog friendly Great room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Fantastic location. Great gym. Nice common area, lounge and restaurant. The only downside was that the pictures on the website are not really representative of the size. Had to upgrade for a bigger room for our dog
absolutely perfect location if you want to go to the classic Library Bar or have fun at Tivoli Gardens! excellent location to hop on the train at Central Station. bar service, both in the restaurant and rooftop bar, and reception staff were all excellent. cozy room was definitely snug, but adorable and in good condition. would recommend!Værelser: 5/5
