Rooms are big and very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The kids' area is really nice and clean. Breakfast could be a bit more vegan friendly, but it's good in general. The only thing is stopping me from giving 5 stars rating is the pool for babies/toddlers: swimming diapers are not allowed which leave parents confused about the reason, then we get the information that kids under 2 are not allowed in general in the pool because of hygienic reasons! I mean let parents use diapers and the problem is solved? Other than that the pool is very nice, big, and has no chlorine: salty water instead. Also one positive thing is the sauna: no need to be naked. One other thing os that they charge you extra for a crip/babybed! Dont get it at all. It would be great if the hotel could manage to give visitors public transportation tickets/day tickets.
Had a great stay. The food in the brasserie was excellent. The swimming pool was busy but not crowded. The rooms were light and the beds were comfortable. They host a lot of conferences there and there is very business-like feel to the place. The ever so helpful staff all speak English. It is a 3 minute walk to the shopping mall and a bus stops outside to take you to the station and town centre.
Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. The room was clean and well put together for a small room. The sauna is in the pool area so if you want a relaxing experience probably the best time to go to the sauna is when the pool is being cleaned and there are no kids loudly playing right outside the sauna. The towels available for the pool and sauna are much better quality than the towels in the actual room. I didn’t get the breakfast, so cannot speak to that. It is a big hotel, and I found it to be quite a convenient location to get to the Central Station and have a nice walk along the water. Though I probably wouldn’t be as drawn to the sauna there as I was for this initial stay I’d stay again for the reasonable price given its location, and they’d get a better rating from me if they improved the bath towels in the rooms.
This hotel has all the basics covered. If you fancy a dip in one of Copenhagen's public ocean pools, there are two spots 10 minutes away from the hotel. The indoor pool and sauna here are also quite nice. I would also recommend renting day bikes from the hotel to get around. It may not be the most public transportation accessible location, but once you are settled, Copenhagen is a highly walkable city.
Our first night, we experienced troubles with our TV so we went to the front desk to request a different room with a smart tv. They ended up upgrading us to a suite which was fantastic with two bathrooms, a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub and a separate living room area. The staff are very accommodating. The breakfast was decent as well with several varieties of cereal, Pancakes and fresh fruits. It was nice that they had two separate eating areas, one for adults and one for families. It is nice for those without children to eliminate the noise and have a peaceful breakfast. The hotel is also close enough to everything but yet far enough away from the noise. Great location Vigtige oplysninger: The staff was very accommodating and helping us the best they could.
Ticked all the boxes for what we wanted. Although a bit further out, we picked this hotel due to the leisure facilities available, having a gym, swimming pool, and sauna. Check-in was an easy process made easier by Eugenia, although early we could leave luggage with staff. Any interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. Taxis are available just outside the front entrance of the hotel and also nearby bus stop. Breakfast was keenly priced and very busy. Coffee was excellent and a good range of foods available. Check out is 12 pm. Located nearby is IKEA, a cinema and a food court within 5/10 minutes walk. Really enjoyed the rooftop area where we could enjoy the sunset of an evening. Værelser: Everything that you need in a room was provided. Good provision of towels. Clean. Ironing board, writing table, and smart TV. Mad og drikke: A number of bars and restaurants within the hotel. Roof top terrace. Room service available as well as mini bar.
Thank you so much for making our staying an amazing experience! We arrived today 3hrs early without previous notification and we could take our room + access to the lounge floor with snacks and drinks since 11 to 22 hrs. We got a big and super clean room with lots of space, a complete mini bar and a comfy bed. Finally I must say, that the lounge service was 100pts! A super friendly staff member maybe the bartender was there all the time making sure we had the best time! He even learn me how to pour the beer from the tap. We just feel so lucky for choosing the Tivoli Hotel and no other one! Thank you
I am currently staying here for a few days and this is one of my favorite hotels! Their pool and fitness area is amazing! The Asian restaurant at the rooftop is Amazing! The breakfast is bountiful and diverse. My view is incredible! I don't really like to revisit places I have been to, until a few years have passed, due to there being so many amazing places in the world. This stay has made me think about coming back to Copenhagen as soon as possible!...
Room small but we had a balcony to make up for it. Very good breakfast buffet. Drinks a bit pricey but then that seems to be the way in CopenhagenVærelser: 4/5
Beautiful hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that you can hear the trains clearly if your room is facing them, that aside it's a lovely hotel to stay in.Værelser: 4/5
