Thank you Mendocino for delivering on time. The appetizers and sandwiches were good. I forgot to take a pic of the salad. Cookies and brownies were so good as well. I am pleased for the punctuality of the delivery man. We’ve been ordering here for couple of times already not only for catering. If you like sandwiches I recommend this place and I’m sure you’ll like it too. Keep up the good work.

I went to this Medocino Farms for the first time on a whim because I was too tired to cook or grocery shop and hungry. I studied the menu for a while making sure they had options that met my dietary restrictions. I met Supervisor Dayne at the register and he gave me a 10/10 experience! I'm severely lactose intolerant and Dayne went above and beyond to open the Ingredient Binder and review the ingredients in each item to confirm that their was no dairy in the food or modify the food to remove it. Dayne was so kind and knowledgeable. I was reluctant to get the apple and walnut salad and not only did he reassure me that it was lactose-free but he gave me the salad on the house. Like Wow! I appreciate blessings in all forms no matter the size. I was with a friend and we got our food to to and it was made just how I like it. What a great experience. I will surely come back and look for Dayne! And I had to come back to add more to my review. OMG this sandwich was a 10/10. I got the "Not So Chicken" sandwich and we removed the cheese and he put 2 of the sauces on the side. I used one. This sandwich taste like Heaven! Every bite. I also just ate the chocolate chip cookie was was delightful. I has NO IDEA Medocino Farms had food that was this satisfying and I could eat it with the modifications. I'm a fan! Henry at Mendocino Farms provided exceptional service during my recent visit. He greeted me warmly, offered helpful menu and suggestions. Henry's professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made for a memorable dining experience. Despite a busy environment, he remained composed and focused on delivering top-notch service. I commend Henry for his outstanding contributions and look forward to returning to Mendocino Farms for another Peruvian Steak he recommended!
I have been a Mendo fan for years - back when the Turkey Avo Salsa Verde my favorite sandwich used to be called the Sandwich Study of Heat. I’m not being hyperbolic, everything I’ve ever had - from the sandwiches to the sides to the drinks have been excellent. Just as important, the staff is top notch - every time, every location. In particular, the last time I visited, I ended up waiting an unusually long time for my order. The gentleman at the register noticed me standing there for a while and told the manager. The manager went way above and beyond - he apologized, refunded my order, asked me if he could get me anything else, and gave me a voucher for a free sandwich the next time I came in. He even watched my dog while I was waiting for my order to be prepared. In life, issues are bound to happen but they made it right. I have always had great experiences and great food at Mendocino Farms. 100% co-sign.
The staff were so wonderful. I came in 15 min before closing and even tho they were prepping to close items up, they made my order perfectly. They were friendly and went above and beyond. I wish I had given a better tip!Mad: 5/5

Overall: 3.5/5 take out Mendocino Farms is having a weekly deal for a different sandwich each week for $8. I ordered online and was able to pick it up with no problem. The place was pretty busy since it was peak lunch time. Mendo's Original Pork Belly Banh Mi $13.05: I got the Panini-Pressed Ciabatta Vegan which was pretty good as a substitute for the traditional baguette. The sandwich itself is kinda small with minimal content so it wasn't very filling on its own. There's only like a few strands of carrot and daikon, some cucumber, and a single layer of pork belly. I added some sprouts to the sandwich to spruce it up. Flavors weren't bad and the pork belly was good.
The not so fried chicken sandwich is great! A bit pricey but tasty. The Pomegranate Mint Lemonade is also really good. Plus the staff were very friendly. If you're shopping in the area but you're not feeling up to greasy burgers ans pizza, def check it out.Mad: 5/5
