Took out photo produced the image. Paid a lot of money. Blurred imaged arrived nothing like they showed us in the shop. Poor quality printing and appealing after sales service. Offered to re take picture if we travelled back to Denmark from UK. Then offered a free session in London for the two of us but that’s 5 hours away. Would not contemplate a refund so have now take out a complaint with credit card company. Be warned it’s not the premium product that it’s made out to be. Avoid!

Please, Avoid this location, and company. —————————————- Extremely Disappointed with My Experience at Iris Galerie I visited Iris Galerie with my family on September 30, 2023, with high hopes of acquiring a beautiful AD 50X50 Trio with a frame CUS 50X50 for my collection. Regrettably, my experience has been nothing but a frustrating disappointment. Upon receiving my order on October, 12, 2023 , I immediately noticed that it was incomplete. The AD 50X50 Trio was missing the frame. Since then, I've made numerous attempts to reach out Iris Gallery through both emails and phone calls—more than six, to be exact. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with complete silence. I have been automatically assigned a claim ticket number, #2161, but even this has not prompted any response or resolution from the company. The lack of communication and the complete disregard for my concerns have left me feeling neglected and frustrated. I had high expectations for Iris Galerie and was looking forward to adding their art to my collection, but this experience has been a severe letdown. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and the complete lack of communication. I urge Iris Galerie to take immediate action to address this issue and provide a resolution. As of now, I cannot recommend their services or products based on my experience, and I hope that future customers will not have to go through the same frustration I have.
Virkelig skuffet. Det endelige resultat akrylbillede til over 3000kr er ikke kvalitets- og detaljemæssigt i nærheden af det foto der bliver taget i butikken. Efter henvendelse til butikken med klagen oprettes en sag, men det nye billede er af lige så ringe grafisk kvalitet. Desuden er farverne redigeret især perifert og objektet er ikke centreret. Bare en øv oplevelse
God og høflig betjening, måske lidt dyrt men det er lidt nogle specielle billeder.
Great experience! We had our iris photos taken and received the high resolution digital file. Back home I had them printed on acrylic and they look gorgeous!
Very disapointing ! The employees are bearly polite, they ask you to wait for 5 minutes to take the picture, ending 30mn because they serve people arrived after you. You must wait again to get the photo, and even coming back after 3h it is not ready... In the end the colors of the iris on the photo are completely different than yours, it could be anybodyelse, although very expensive
Fantastisk oplevelse og mega flot resultat men.... Prisen er alt for høj både for selve billedet og de rammer man kan få.
This is one of those places where you can get photos of your irises and have them mashed together in a really cool photo that can be printed on acrylic, aluminium or a paper print. Just bare in mind if you want to have the file to print at your leisure, you need to go for the digital file. Otherwise you'll just get a JPG.
Very cool experience, so glad we found this place. Can’t wait to receive our finished product!
