Great store! A lot of favorite brands here , so you can spend here a lot of time also I liked the vintage bar , it’s very cool!
Har besøgt i går Illum center og fik dårlig oplevelse. Jeg interessere mig i kosmetik mærke Estee Lauder, det er en Foundation Re-Nutriv. Der jeg kom der, så var der ingen, men så kom en om 5 min., så på mig mærkelig og spurgte, hvad jeg vil. Jeg forklarede, at er interesseret i den Foundation og er det muligt, at få eller købe en lille prøve og hun svarede “pænt”, nej, desværre ikke, og gik fra mig. Det er godt spørsmål: hvad laver de der? Der var slet ikke andre mennesker, jeg var på det tispunkt den eneste kunder. Stå de der for pynt? Så skal de være i hver fald flotte modeller, så er det pænt, at se på. Sikkert, næste gang, finde jeg en anden møde, at handle, ikke i Illum.

There's a post office in the basement. They have all the shipping supplies. If you have something to ship out, you just have to bring your items. They'll help you fill out the forms and everything. You will need an address in Denmark to ship though such as the hotel you're staying.
be careful buying in Marc Jacobs. they sell bags that they broke after two weeks and they don’t allow you return them, they can only repair them and it takes 3 month. insane, never buy there again

First of all, I am a regular shopper at this store. However, I would like to say that most of the sales associates on the skin care and fragrance section are not dedicated and attentive enough, for such a high end store. For instance: Today my friend and I had a very unusual encounter with a sales associate at the Maison Francis Kurkdjian stand. We were seriously considering to buy a rather new, different perfume brand and wanted to see what this brand had to offer. This brand was not for my taste, and when I smelt one of the perfumes, I made a face that showed my distaste did not even utter a word. And the sales associate had the audacity to tell me that "I could not make such a face and call it disgusting". A sales associate should be well-trained to not act with such disrespect towards a client. As a customer who wants to purchase an item for my taste, I have the right to show that I like some items and some others I do not.
